Useful Information

Homework Hut Policy:

The Homework Hut is organized by your child’s teacher, the school administrators, and the great Americorps members who serve at La Fe Preparatory School. The Hut is intended to provide additional tutoring to students who need a little extra help. Students have to be referred to the Homework Hut by their teacher or an administrator, but if you feel that your child might benefit from some additional assistance, please contact Mrs. Cynthia Cano, the Assistant Principal. Remember, if you request that your child be placed in Homework Hut that means that you have to attend with him/her at least once per month!

Afterschool Program Schedule and Policy:

The Afterschool Program at La Fe Preparatory School provides a safe space for your children after school. Children are involved in fine arts and athletic activities to help them build self-esteem, discover new talents, and stay healthy! The Afterschool Program is mandatory for children in grades 1 – 3. The program begins after school following a healthy snack that is provided by La Fe Preparatory School. The program is optional for children in Pre-k and Kindergarten.
